Can anyone please help me!? I'm trying to connect my phone to my mac and share my pics taken from my phone... I'm doing it step by step as it prompts on the phone, but when I plug in, an icon does not come up on my mac.. says I should see a M (motorola) symbol and then open it and continue, but for some reason I'm not finding the M anywhere... anyone know where I can find this??

After connecting to the Mac, you must change the phone setting from charge only to USB Mass Storage; you do this by dragging down on the top of the phone screen to show the USB connection. Then press OK and the icons should show up on the Desktop of the Mac. Hope this helps.
