Contacts by Last Name 1st

I've transferred my contacts from my Micro Soft Outlook contacts and they show up First name first. How do I tell outlook to transfer them to show last name first?

Actually it is the way the Droid X handles contacts.

Currently, as the thread that Ann154 linked to shows, no you can't. However, assuming the X will be upgraded to Gingerbread at domed point, that is a feature that will be available later.

Currently, the only way you can do that is by entering the last name first and the first name last.
