I have 2 questions

1- I made a family group in contacts and put a wrong person in there.  How do I get them out of my group?

2- I hid a facebook contact by mistake. How do I get him back?

#1 - go into Google online and manage your Contact from there. You can change which Group a person is a member of. For me, that's the easiest way

#2 - If you haven't hidden many FB peeps, you COULD just remove the Facebook Account & re-add it ... it should re-populate them all again. But if you've "linked" them, then that might be too much work. I dont' see a way to actualy modify the contact for FB info ... Maybe DELETE the Contact and then just re-add it? See if FB recognizes the new addition of it?

Thanks for trying but I don't manage my contacts at Google so that is no help.  I have already linked many contacts really don't want to do that again.  I was really hoping to repair all mistakes on the droid.  need help

Your contacts are all automatically saved on your Google account when you first activate your Droid X, so they should be there.

I read that Google is doing a fairly serious revamp on their homepage and calendar and hope some of will spill over to Android. I've noticed recently that the Google mainpage on my Droid X is more functional and has more features. I would love to be able to organize my contacts in different groups than is currently offered by Google. Hopefully that will happen. Since the Gingerbread update, the contact list is only organized by email's you have loaded in the phone. I hope the calendar functionality improves as well. I like the agenda mode and wish the rest of the calendar was a bit more customizable without downloading an app.
