I cant use the content filter on my Verizon  family safe guards and controls for the Mini.  Do you have any suggestion

Call *611 or 1-800-922-0204 and speak to tech support.

I know using all the features on your account are important James1218. Have you had issues in the past with this function. What error message do you receive when attempting to use it.
