DOES ANYONE KNOW IF VERIZON WOULD REPLACE A BRAND NEW DROID THAT I GOT ON THE DAY OF THE LAUNCH NOV.6TH AT A VZW STORE FOR HAVING DUST AND WHITE SPECS UNDER THE GLASS OF THE SCREEN. WHY WOULD A BRAND NEW PHONE OUT-THE-BOX, I SAW THE VZW REP WHEN HE TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX, HAVE WHAT LOOKS LIKE TO ME AS DUST/DEBRI UNDER THE GLASS OF THE SCREEN ITS A BRAND NEW PHONE WHERES THE GUALITY CONTROL AT MOTOROLA? OH AND NOT TO MENTION THE CONSTANT CRASHING /FREEZING/REBOOTING.

GUALITY CONTROL DEPT GOT REPLACED BY THE MORE QUALIFIED QUALITY CONTROL TEAMS.
Apprently though, they're slacking. Should soon be replaced by KUALITY control.

He was mocking your bad spelling (GUALITY CONTROL), but I am too lazy to mock your incessant use of CAPS LOCK which is obnoxious.
As for your phone, if it is crashing/freezing/rebooting all the time, then there is most likely a problem with the phone and you should go to the store and have it replaced immediately. Dust should be the least of your worries at that point.
