This phone is a piece of junk. Battery only lasts a day and sometime the phone won't even turn on then you have to remove the battery and start over. Hard to figure out apps. Should of never bought it! Don't even think of buying this phone!!!!!
If you only had the phone for less than 14 days, turn it in for another, preferably not a Droid, phone. Evidently you didn't do your research since there has been a lot of discussions about the battery. If the battery is drained, or almost drained then the phone will not turn on. As for me, I love my Droid 2.
