DROID INCREDIBLE - CANT SEND A TEXT - READ WITHIN

OK so i have had my Droid Incredible for a month exactly with no problems what so EVER!!!  so last night at 8 pm was the last outgoing text made.

I can receive texts, calls and outgoing calls... was on with tech support for 90 minutes and was sent to three different  people and many power downs/battery pullouts and *228 programming calls.

He even programmed my number in a new phone next to him and couldnt send a text, sooooo that tells me that its the network,, riiiight??

Anyone heard of this problem???   EVER????

I recommend a factory reset. Make sure you back up your device before performing the reset.

The most convenient way to do a factory reset is via the phone settings.

1. Press HOME > MENU, then tap Settings.
2. Scroll down the screen, and then tap Privacy > Factory data reset.
4. On the Factory data reset screen, tap
5. Reset phone, and then tap Erase everything.

Now that seems like the only thing we didnt try 

I called again yesterday to check on my ticked order and that guy "GUARANTEED" ME it would be fixed in the next 4 business days AND that it is a network problem and not a handset problem.

I guess I will wait out the four days or he said they would call me first to let me know what the problem is but thank you!!

I will definitely mention that one to them if and when they call me
