DROID INCREDIBLE Phone, for no reason, incoming text messaging stopped working. Sending still works, any suggestions? Checked storage, latest OS...

Try reprogramming the phone to the Verizon Wireless network.  Dial *228, option 1.

what software verison are you on? even though the phone would say it is up to date the previous software had this issue, you have to do a factory reset and then it will allow you to update the software
