DROID X- CORPORATE SYNC NO LONGER WORKS!!! I totally give up!

My first Droidx synced right up with with my company outlook...then even after I did the upgrade it still worked JUST FINE!

 

However Verizon replaced my droid x just a week ago because of freezing issue and it becoming very hot.

 

Well the new (refurbished) one arrived and I cannot sync my company email anymore.

 

I have scoured the internet and everywhere else I can think of to solve the problem.

 

I've seen some people state they had to buy another app (and pay for it) to get their corp. sync to work now? Seriously we should  have to pay?

 

So frustrated, any help would be most appreciated..My company requires us to have access to our email 24 hours a day and now Im missing important correspondence if Im not near a computer....

touchdown is a great application.. if you need access to your email for work, make them pay for it or just bite the bullet

 

 

if it was working before i don't understand why you can't get it working again..make sure the settings are correct.. if not contact motorola and see if its a known issue with their device, since all your verizon service is working it doesn't make sense to get upset there..

Check with your company to see if changing the device requires any changes on that end. Just replacing the device should not affect corporate sync, but if they have it tied to the device somehow, then they need to be informaed of the change.

 

If it has worked before, it will work again. You just need to triple check the settings.

Go in to OWA and options and check mobile devices, remove the old one. Let me know if that helps.
