Is there anyway to build a complete family plan on Verizons website without being forced into getting everyone a Droid phone?
I'm 1+ hour away from the nearest VZW store and need to create a new family plan with Droid, and two free phones.
Also, on the normal VZW website it says a unlimited data/text plan for 3 phones would be $139.99, how come the price skyrockets up through the droid site?
If the Droid internet is extra than normal family plan internet.. can anyone guesstimate for me (I'm new to VZW price structure) how much this would be a month. You'll be my hero.
DROID with unlimited normal data and messaging a month, one normal phone with unlimited data a month (no messaging), and one phone with nothing but minutes.
Thank you greatly.

I wondered about this, too. It took too much time to get this information; it was like pulling teeth. It all boils down to:
Any Verizon Smartphone requires the service Email and Web for Smartphone. The cost (as I understand it) is $29.99/month per Smartphone. This service is not the Mobile Email service described in the various Family Plans.
You don't use the Family Share Plan Builder to add Smartphone service. That happens when you choose your phones. When you add a Smartphone, the monthly service Email and Web for Smartphone is added, too. If you choose additional Smartphones the monthly service Email and Web for Smartphones is added on for each Smartphone.
Does that answer your question?

Ah, nice.
So the unlimited data is $30, no matter if its a normal smart phone or a droid?
Thanks.
