Sennheiser doesn't have an answer for this, so I'm hoping Verizon does. I've got a brand new Droid and a brand new Sennheiser VMX 100 BT headset. They won't pair. I put the headset in pairing mode, turn on bluetooth on my Droid, it finds the headset fine, I hit the button to pair them, and it just sits there trying to pair for about 15 seconds before the button to pair them comes back.
Here's the response from Sennheiser:
"The Droid is so new that we haven't tested it with our VMX 100, which was discontinued before the Droid was launched. Make certain that you do not have any "auto pairing" or "auto detect" services enabled, and that you are correctly entering the VMX 100 pairing mode."
I replied that I didn't and I sent them the steps I take to pair it. They reply with:
"Sorry you're having troubles with the Droid and the VMX 100. Unfortunately we do not have a work-around at this time."
Help a brother out, VZW
