HEY I RECIEVED A DROID FROM THE PAWN SHOP BUT I THINK ITS A  BILLED OWED ON IT OR STOLEN WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET IT TURNED ON

If it was originally lost or stolen, you're probably out of luck but, either way, you're going to have to call Verizon customer service to find out the situation and/or get it activated.
