DROIDX crashed 5 times last week I talking factory reset

I got my first droidx in February of 2011 and it was a complete disaster... It didn't work right from the moment I took it out of the box. It's shut down so many times you wouldn't think it was possible ... so they replaced that 1 with this 1. Ten times worse I have never in my life had a headset with so many problems. I have been a customer of verizon since 2006 I have had several phones but this 1 is beond my comprehension. I have talked to customer service to warranty , the local store and I mean it is the most. I have never been let down by verizon until now... I don't mean the customer service people or financial people in sales but whom ever made this phone should have done something better with their time. All I want is a replacement phone I do not want it replaced with a droidx I do not believe in this phone. I don't give up easily so I really tried and I believe there is nothing possibly to be done. thereI have had trouble for the last 5 or 6 months with this one I have heard really great things about them some people have absolutely no problem whatsoever and I really wish them well. I tried for the best but this 1 no other 1 and I'm not having it anymore. So I have just factory restored it a third time this week. I really want to talk to someone about this it doesn't want to troubleshoot it there are no notes in my file it surely you can see we can troubleshoot anymore. What you have to realize I will not accept a droid x. I don't think I even want a droid at all. I did not want this problem for you or myself. I am needing help!! I want to stay with verizon you guys are the best and I just would like to be treated early and I do not want another droidx. I really do not. Please advise! replace it with cs or a verizon store.

OP, you didn't state what exactly you don't like about the phone. What problems are you experiencing? I got my DX in Feb of this year as well, and have never had problems with it

One. You have tried resets, so the consensus here will be that you are doing something wrong, i.e., it's your fault.

Two. You don't like or want the phone anymore, so why post?

If your contract doesn't allow for an upgrade at this time, be prepared to pay full price and purchase something else.

Don't put up with any issues, as you say you had with your X and then start a thread about it six months later.
