Recently I have been in the middle of a conversation and all of a sudden I can no longer hear the other person and they can no longer hear me, but timer on the phone keeps going as if we are still having a conversation. When I hang up and try to call them back my phone goes straight to a call is lost screen and the only way to reset the phone is to take the battery out. When I brought it to Verizon they told me to do *228 and update the towers. This did nothing and once again I am loosing calls. Anyone else have this problem or have any suggestions on what to do from here??
You may want to check and see if there is a system update unavailable for your phone since the *228 option for updating the network didnt work for you. There may be something corrupted in the phone system or perhaps you could try a hard reset for your phone but this will clear out any apps that you have downloaded and you will have to recustomize your phone is you try that.
