Decisions, Decisions

Okay, so my Husband and I both upgraded our blackberries for Droids.  I got the X, for obvious reason and he went with the Droid2, had to have that slide out keyboard.  Now after a year he wants my phone!  LOL, should have seen that one coming!  So I have the ability to upgrade one line.  Now the hard part, do I get the X2 or the Incredible2 and pass my X down to my husband?  The only difference I see between my X and the I2 is the front facing camera and global, the differences between the I2 & X2 I see the duel processor and again the front facing camera!  Any suggestions are welcome.  I always agonize over upgrading and I love my X, but there is no way I'm giving my husband the new phone, he should have picked more wisely the first time around :smileywink:

Thanks guys for your opinions, I decided to go with the X2 :smileyhappy: I figured since I love my X so much I will love the X2 2xs as much :smileywink:  But seriously we switch cars often and it will be nice to be able to slide into his car without having to worry about getting my car dock :smileyvery-happy:

The X2 does not have a front facing camera.  Honestly I think I'd hold out a couple more months for a better bang for your buck.  Neither the X2 nor the I2 are 4G, they both simply have minor upgrades from the originals.

I've been holding my upgrade option for over a year now.  I'm waiting for something significantly better than the Droid X before I use it.

Right and if it was just me upgrading I would wait, I still love my X. However, I will pass my X down to my husband. I'm trying to decide which phone to get out of the 2 I2 or X2, I'm torn. I'm not interested at this time to get a 4G phone, I will wait to upgrade us both to 4G until Verizon had finished rolling it out.

pass it down & get your new phone before july 7 so you both can keep the unlim data plan.

@ Kooshie both phones are good but if i was to lean toward one i would go with D inc. 2 as it has a Great camera an i know

momma's or Grandma's like to take picture of the little one's an as i said it has a good camera an the settings to produce good

pictures thats why i like my D inc. it takes alott better picture now than my X does. Now before the Ginger update My X took great

pictures as i took some great pictures of Union Pacific's Challenger Steam Engine an i' ll tellya they looked as good to me as say

Sony or a Minolta Digital camera would look. But Now it's not as good an hope there is fix for it. when a new update comes out. !

Lol, I definitely use the camera tons. I personally haven't noticed any difference since the gb update though. I was actually thinking about the X2, since we would have the same accessories. I hate upgrading, at least the process of it anyways, I always love getting new hardware :smileywink: Well back to my decision now that you brought up the camera I believe I heard someone mention the X2 not being as nice as the X in that regard.

my x takes amazing pictures outside in low to high light situations flash not so great outside but does well indoors id put some samples here but not sure how to display a photo on the forums but it would really show the detail this cam on the x can offer.
