Deleting APS or pop ups? How do I do this?

I have a couple of items that keeps interferring or popping up on my phone and I can't figure oput how to get rid of them?  Has anyone experienced that?  How did you get rid of them?

We need a little more information about what popups you are talking about.  Without knowing them then no one can help you.
