I use my phone as my alarm, and this morning I woke up late for class (I'm a college student) with a dark screen on my phone while plugged into the charger. I got this phone brand new a month ago. No water damage, have not dropped, always in a case. I have only ever charged it on the original charger. I tried plugging the chord into my laptop, and that didn't work either. I have taken the battery out and tried to get the phone to reset. Nothing, it won't charge, turn on, nothing. Have class all day today, and Verizon stores close early (6pm) so I guess this will have to wait until tomorrow. We pay so much money to have these phones, they need to be more reliable.
