I purchased my DINC and soon after installed Documents To Go by DataViz.
Within a few days I did a hard reset after messing around a bit so I could then
keep the phone the way I wanted it. All apps downloaded and installed from
the marketplace just fine.
Except DocsToGo. It wouldn't accept my full upgrade key. I e-mailed at least
3 support people at DataViz and they all suggested the same thing. Of course
their solution didn't work and they would all just quit responding to me. So they may
have a great program, but they have terrible support.
Let me say again, do not buy DocsToGo. Please feel free to spread my experience with
them as a way to not perform customer service. Anyone have a second favorite office suite?
