This may sound like a silly question but has anyone found out if the DROID has a FM Radio or Tuner?
The Imagio had one but it wasnt really advertised. Im hoping its the same for the DROID.
Most reviews dont say anything about it and any specs on it some sites say yes and some say no.

I do not see it mentioned in the userguide. It would be great (then I could link to the radio at the gym and listen to the TVs.)

Nope, at least not in the version. I think it would be a good idea for the next Droid Phone.

Not a radio tuner per say... the most common app is Pandora for both iPhone and Android. I think there are some other apps too that stream data over the internet... but your station must stream to get it.

I do have to mention here that Pandora is awesome. Seriously. Go to pandora.com and check it out. It's smart internet radio. So much better than any FM radio station I have ever found, because it learns what *you* like and doesn't just play the same songs over and over.

While Pandora no doubt is very nice, it is NOT a FM radio, and it still falls short in a few way. Can I listen to local radio stations, especially for news and talk, on Pandora? I doubt it. I for one will not get a phone without a radio.

There is an App called AOnline Radio. It allows you to play streaming stations on your phone. I have two local radio stations saved in the app as well as a talk show station I listen to on AM saved. Obviously the station must stream in order for this to work but it is an option I have found very useful. I found my stations by going to thestreamcenter.com on my droid and clicking the link for my local stations I wanted. The links automatically opened in AOnline Radio and it sounded great. Completely made a real tuner unnecessary for me. Hope this helps.
