Doesn't work at all

Home buttons (hard vbuttons) dont work anymore cant get back to home screen. ( no water damage at all) freezes, restarts itself. i have done a hard wipe 5 times since i got the phone. Touch part is fine. but cant get the buttons to work.

What do I do?

When you say you did a "hard wipe", I assume you mean a Factory Reset?  Did you allow your APPS to re-download automatically at the conclusion of the reset?  If so, have you tried booting into SAFE MODE, just to rule out an APP causing your problem?

I know what an inconvenience it must be experiencing difficulties with your device. I've researched the issue you're experiencing and this is not a commonly reported issue. Please make sure you're performing a Hard Reset on your device. A hard reset will remove all data including the Google account, system data, application data, application settings and downloaded applications.
