Double Posting Calendar Entries

I use Exchange to sync my calendar from work, but for some reason some calendar entries (though not all) that are 'recurring' once-a-month meetings are showing up every day at that time. Any sense how to fix this?

Possible bleed-over into gmail. One thing to try is to sign in to your Gmail account (on a computer preferably) and open the calendar to see what items are reciporocated there. It might help define where your problem lies...
