In android market, I have an update for the MicDroid application but every time I try to install it, it comes up as unsuccessful. Anyone know anything on this? (I have android 2.2)

You might try uninstalling MucDroid first and see if that helps.
I don't personally use MicDroid, but have had this work for some other apps.
