My phone (incred 2) will not download incoming pic message at first I just thought it was the ones from the i phone but apparently it is from all phone the message i receive is unable or error downloading i have just about had it with this phone, it has been replaced twice for manufacturer damage

I can see how frustrating it can be to not be able to use a feature that is available on your phone and plan. Especially being SMS/MMS features. When did this start happening? Can you please make sure your message settings are set to the following steps: Go to Messages application > Settings > MMS > Auto Receive checked > Maximum message size 1200K. You can also dial *228 [send], option 1 to re-program. Once completed, delete all text messages, and restart phone.
