I just had to have a stolen phone replace through insurance. I have activated it and everything works fine except when I go to download an app my phone tells me that its pausing the download and waiting for a wifi connection? I wanted to know if anyone can tell me how to fix this problem?
Check to see if Data Saver is on. Menu > Settings > Battery & data manager > Data saver. If Data Saver is checked then downloads will wait for WiFi.
