Whenever somebody calls me on my Droid 2 Global it shows up as "Unknown" - even if there number is in my contacts! Shouldn't I be able to see their phone number if it's an unknown number? Do I have a setting on wrong?
I own the same model of phone. The only times I can't see the caller ID from an incoming call from someone that is listed in my contacts list is when they are either calling from a number that isn't included in my list or when they're making a call from a temporarily or permanently restricted number. Have you confirmed that they're calling from the number you have recorded for them? Are you using any apps to manage your phonebook other than the native contact app on your handset?
