hello I have a refurbished phone as of a about a month ago and i am having the exact same problems except ten times worse. I had the original from may 2011 to march 2012 and it is like my screen is being pressed in multiple places and swiped by an imaginary finger. It is not even functional. I cam not even unlock my phone and when I do the screen then does not work I got this replacement from the verizon in niles and would go back however i am away in waukesha wisconsin at college and the verizon here offered no assistance at all they only said to take the battery out which i have done the last week and the problems have worsened not improved at all. I have done some research and this seems to be a common problem with this model which leads me to believe the whole model is faulty. I only got this for the physical keyboard which was a huge mistake I should never even looked at this phone at this point. On top of it the refurbished one I received had an A button that has to be pounded into work which makes me this the description "pre-woend good as new" is false i feel like i got some else's problems and the waukesha verizon said it was normal for th a to be like that when it clearly isn't because none of the other keys are like that. It is a disgrace your customer service overlooks problems. I know my parents are paying about $300 dollars a month for terrible customer serive and my headaches. As a college student away from my family my phone is my main way to get a hold of them and this situation makes it impossible at times. What can I do at this point ?
Thank You
