I loaded Verizon Cloud last night and set it up. The next morning I could do access the phone. Pushing the button to light up the screen caused NOTHING to happen. I had to pop the battery to reset the phone. Then I could access the phone for only one time, before it could not be accessed. Poped the battery two more time with the same results. Also the bluetooth while it showed active, did not connect to my car. UNINSTALLED the Verizon Cloud app and rebooted the phone. All now works NOW like a NORMAL Phone.
