This is my 3rd Droid 2 Global and have had 2 factory resets performed on two of the devices. Verizon says it is a technical problem, but it is happening on all the phones received. Never had this problem with the original Droid! Verizon refuses to change the phone to another model to be CUSTOMER SERVICE related and attempt to keep a long standing customer satisfied. Not sure why that is.... maybe it would be better to change carriers!!!!
