Droid 2 Global speaker issue, and others

I'm sure this has been posted about before here, but when is Verizon going to deal with the speaker issue (sounds like other party is a million miles away)? I have had 4 replacements on my D2G, and still the issue persists. My phone also locks up when making or receiving calls sometimes, so I have to reboot my phone. the keyboard "double types" when I type letters, so I have to retype several times. Also my browser likes to randomly close on me (this is my 3rd time trying to type this).
Is there anything we can do? VZW customer service today told me I might be eligible for a device swap....but tech support refuses to.
I would love some feedback on this....

Thank you for your inquiry. I can certainly help you. I'm sure it is frustrating to go through so many replacements. One thing I would recommend for the speakerphone issue, is to turn on hearing aid compatibility. I saw some other people online have this issue and this helped them. Go to Settings>Call Settings>check Hearing Aids. 

I checked the other issues you are having and I am not showing either of these as known issues with the device. Do you have a task killer on your phone that may be closing the browser? I would suggest booting the phone into safe mode to see if an application may be causing this. Safe mode will disable any 3rd party apps. If you are not having this issues in safe mode, I would recommend removing some applications. If you have any task killers, antiviruses, etc, start by removing those. If you are still having this issue after safe mode, send me a PM with your name and number and contact info for further options.
