Some letters on my touch screen keypad won't work for instance "v" wont work when I try I always get an c or b, it is driving me crazy! Also some place on my screen seem not to respond to my touch....any ideas for a fix? Thanks in advance!!!!
I had similar issues, I could type in 1 word, then it would throw me to home screen, or to google search, or some crazy symbols would type in. My widgets would randomly disappear, also.
It was a software issue, had to completely re-set phone to factory settings and completely set everything back up again.
Do Back Up Assistance, save all you may not recover, and call customer service from a different one than the problematic one. Be sure to put on your "patience pants" and plan on be on the line with several reps for awhile! Good luck!
