During a phone call, the call phone screen is disappearing, making it difficult to end the call. The top of the screen will go green indicating it is on a call, but you cannot get back to the screen to end the call. Can anyone help?
Hi keysgirl00! The device's display will normally go dark during a call in order to conserve power and to avoid inadvertent menu selection while the device is in proximity of the face. If you're in a call where you have the device pressed to your ear, you can simply move the phone from your face and the display should re-illuminate and be usable again. If you're using an external headset, simply tap the power button on the top right of the handset to re-illuminate the display.
