Droid 2 - Speaks every button I touch

How do I get my Droid 2 from speaking every button I touch.  I changed a setting and now I cant even open the options.  All I can do is open the settings (menu + p) and when I touch the options within there, nothing.  I cant find shortcut key for this.  It is very irritaing.

Thank you

Sounds like you turned on the accessibility setting. You should be able to tap each selection twice to get to the settings to turn it off. This was discussed sometime ago in other section of this community so I hope I have the steps right.

Menu button > settings > scroll down to accessibility

Thank you so much.... It was the double tapping part that I couldn't figure out, I guess.

Phone is back to normal :smileyvery-happy:
