Droid 2 Warranty Help !!

I bought my Droid 2 only 2 months ago, it wont tun on. I have 2 wall chargers neither works and removing the battery does not work either. I am still under the 1 year warranty so I called Verizon to replace it. Will they also include the battery since it could be the battery too. Is there anything not included?

They will send you only a replacement phone.
Have you tried to got to your local VZ store and ask to try a diffrent battery or charger on your phone?

When you say that you have two wall chargers, are either or both of them the chargers that came with the Droid 2? Motorola is very fussy about the chargers you use, and if these are third party chargers, or chargers which came with a different cell phone, they probably will not charge your phone. Unfortunately, you must use the charger that came with the Droid 2. I should also say that if these are third party chargers, you may void your warrenty.

Thank you Lance96816 and mortb for your helpful input. In addition to ensuring you are using only the charger that came with your phone, it is important that you try a different battery, just so these causes can be ruled out. Also, if you visit a store location to perhaps try a new battery and it does not fix the problem, they will be able to discuss with you replacing your phone. Hope this helps and your phone is back up and running soon.
