Since updating to Jellybean, my Droid 4 earpiece has been having issues. At first, call quality dropped and sound coming from the earpiece would be accompanied by a tinny sound. Eventually the sound dropped out all together. I have never had any issues with the sound until the grade, but since the sound has completely stopped from my earpiece, I am more concerned. I have tried a factory reset, but that did nothing to fix the issue. My speaker and my audio jack are still functioning, so I do at least have a temporary work around, but I would like to fix the issue completely.
