Droid 4 ear speaker woes

Hi,

I have a Droid 4 that's less than 1 year old and the ear speaker stopped working. I tried Safe Mode and same problem. I fear a hardware problem. Any other diagnostics out there? I had to replace my Droid 3 with this phone because of a different hardware problem. I think this will be my last Droid.
