So a few things that have been going wrong with this phone and I can't figure out how to fix them. I'm trying to set up the widget for My Verizon mobile on my homepage. But the screen won't come out of forgot password. I ended up fixing the password over my regular computer but now I can't get rid of the screen on my phone. When I impute all my information it just brings me to a service unavailable and the error=-1.
Next issue with this phone is when you go to check you voicemail. The phone doesn't let you imput any numbers on the keypad. It will let you hit one, freeze then another number will come up and then the screen goes black. Turn it on it does the same thing. Put the phone on speaker and then it allows you to imput the numbers but by this time the voicemail is yelling at you for invail numbers and turns off. Its really aggravating and to the point if I have to deal with this everytime I check my voicemail then the phone will be going bye bye quickly. I know its not just my phone either as my boyfriend has the identical phone and it does it to him as well. Its the most irritating thing and i've come close to chucking it acrossed the room already after it shuts off 5 times! Any other droid's/bionics finding the same issue with this phone??
