Droid Bionic not allowing to download apps

I can't seem to be able to download or update apps from the market place. This has been going on for the last 2 days. When I try to download I get an error message that says wifi needed.

Disreguard what the last guy said.
Go to SETTINGS/ Battery and DataManager
select Data Saver and remove the check
It's that simple.

Connect to PC and browse to /sdcard/.android_secure and delete smdl2tmp1.asec and then reboot will resolve.
