Hello Marc_Pawelczyk! I reget what's happened with your Droid Bionic. I do hope this matter has been resolved. If not, please attempt to reset the device using the following directions: http://vz.to/1e7B4Qp
Let me know how it goes!

Marc_Pawelczyk,
Thanks for letting us know about this. If a Factory Reset is not able to be completed then we may need to explore replacement options. Is there any physical or liquid damage to the phone and does it have insurance coverage?

As was suggested it may be best to just get a replacement.. you might try pulling the battery and the Sim for 10 min. replacing the 2 then restarting see if that helps but if you've already done this or the issue continues with DROID lettering then I'd say the phone has ran it's course.. the only other thing that could might possibly fix the issue is sending it into Motorola..
