Droid Charge not able to make calls/txt but has 4g

Hi,

 

I am from Jersey City, NJ and i am in Miami for a conference. My phone is unable to receive/make calls and send texts. I have received some texts but i dont know if i have gotten it all.

 

i see 4g with 3-4 bars.

Verizon was working on their 4G for a few days, some people didn't have 4G or 3G, or off and on.  I think it's suppose to be fixed now.  Is it working now?
