If you have your Exchange email sync'd, then it will sync also.

What do you mean by Exchange email? The email on my desktop or the email on my droid?

If you are using Outlook at work then most likely you are getting your email through an Exchange server. If you don't know, contact someone in I/T who supports email services. If your company uses Exchange then you need to sync with it to get work calendar/emails on the Droid.

You can, but you will probably want to purchase an Exchange client. the one that comes with Android 2.0 is missing parts like the ability to download attachments and tasks. I purchased Touchdown's client because it did more, though I am not a fan of the UI. Dataviz's RoadSyunc doens't support Inbox folders, so it's not even in the competition.
