I've noticed my phone freezes or 'locks up' a lot. Normally when I pull my protective cover off, remove the back and slip the battery out and replace it it's fine. But this morning, my method isn't working, It'll turn on but it'll freeze up as soon as it finishes booting. I'm freaking out here and have nobody else to talk to about what I should do, I can't even call customer support! Please help bring my phone back to life!

Try pulling the SD Card and reboot.
If that does not work, the dreaded Master Reset May have to occur.

I dont know if you will be able to get to the pont of resetting.
If you cant maybe it will be time to go take it back and get a refurb, but here is the instuctions.
When you went into Safe Mode, did the screen state you were in Safe Mode???
Write back if you need help.
