One has to hope that Verizon is carefully reading these blogs. If they take too long to bring the Nexus One or Incredible to their Customers they will lose them to ATT. It would be helpful if Verizon would simply tell people the month that they are shooting to release the phone. Nexus One is clearly a very good phone. Releasing the Devour which in many ways is less of a phone that the Droid may help fill in a niche market but one has to wonder why worry about a small marketplace which they have something that really competes with IPHONE and is one of the largest markets available. I think RIM's blackberries have a larger share.http://www.pcworld.com/article/188451/meet_the_motorola_devour_verizons_new_android_phone.html

I agree... my contract is up, and I'm waiting for a decent phone to come out. I'm on my TENTH refurbished LG Dare, the phone is a disaster, and I can't wait any longer for a new phone. I'm waiting for a Droid, but the motorola is large and I don't care for the keypad, the Eris doesn't have the specs that the moto does, and the devour is heads below both of those. Therefore, I'm waiting for the best of both worlds, but Verizon stores and customer service are claiming to have no info on the Incredible or Nexus One. If it doens't come out soon, I'm packing up and shipping out to another provider. It is also my understanding that other carriers aren't charging $30 for the mandatory data plan.
