Droid Incredible being shipped 5/4

I just logged onto Verizon and saw that the Droid Incredible, due to high demand, wouldn't ship until 5/4. What's up with this? Does anyone know how many Incredibles were sent to the Verizon stores in Columbus, GA? I would love to have this phone but don't want to wait:smileysad:

Contact your local store... or better yet I would go in to the store. You could miss the last one if you call.

My local store still had some as well, but I'm from a smaller town. For those really desperate to get one, try traveling a bit to some smaller localities.

The store in my area got something like 40 incredibles and there was not too high of a demand so i would check around maybe you will get lucky and somewhere will have one for you.
