I'm just shy of a month away from an upgrade discount and my Droid Incredible constantly reboots. It has done this for several months but I have endured it. Today I did a full reset of the phone thinking it would buy me a little more time. Sadly it has made things worse. I have 2 DInc's in the house purchased a day apart. My wife's phone has the same problem but not as frequent as mine. Both started having issues around the same time. As for my phone I can't even finish doing a setup on it after the wipe.
