My 9 month old daughter was holding my phone while talking to her grandfather...she slobbered on it. Is there any way to reset the phone from this prompt?
Your help is appreciated... Looking to renew plan and get the Bionic on or around Nov. 25th...proved there is a BOGO offer for the holdiays. If anyone has any news on this as well, your help is greatly appreciated.
Since pressing the D-Pad is needed to get you to that menu I would try pressing your finger around the D-Pad and then try rebooting without touching any buttons but power and if this works the d-Pad is sticking..
If there is any stickness to D-Pad try taking some swobs and remove any stickiness..
This sometimes work but not guarenteed.... Good Luck.
