My R2D2 is a few months old and has a big problem making calls and it will not connect with any calls... so I reset the battery and it works for a while, then the same problem happens again and again and I reset the battery and on and on. Does anyone else have this problem?

That certainly sounds frustrating.
Do you also have problems accessing the browser? I would recommend dialing *228 then press option 2 in order to update your roaming capabilities just to link you up with the closest cell tower.
If that doesn't work, I would recommend calling us from a different phone at (800) 922-0204 in order for us to effectively troubleshoot your R2D2.
