In case this happens to anyone else...
After 24 hours of using the Droid ULTRA, the rear camera stopped working. I tried installing third party camera apps, doing a factory reset, nothing helped. Took it to my Verizon store and they confirmed the camera was no longer functional. Frustrating, since the camera worked on the first day I had the phone, and stopped for no reason by the second day!
I hope you returned that particular unit.
