Droid Ultra, help with setting up exchange email? I have all the correct information, but wont connect.

Help please!!! I have been having trouble trying to set up a corp exchange email for someone on his Droid Ultra, the domain\username is correct the server name is correct, but I still cant connect. Is there something I'm missing. I am a novice to Droid phones.
