I was sent a replacement device in May and the new device has never rang properly. I have to repeatedly press the volume up button for phone to make a ringing noise. I still miss calls and text notifications because the Ultra will not make a noise. Tried to use the dang insurance plan, that we pay for monthly, to get a replacement device but they are telling me that its a manufacture malfunction. Anyone have this issue or have advice on correcting problem??
