Our organization has decided to support the Droid, and we have several Droid users for whom we've configured a VPN profile on their phones. The problem that we're having, is that after they receive a software update, the preshared key setting gets cleared out. Many of our users are outside of the immediate area, and we cannot give out this key -- forcing them to come back to our HQ to get their settings replaced. This is making us reconsider supporting the Droid and other Android devices.
Is there any means by which we can push out settings for the VPN (and perhaps even email configuration)? We also have iPhone and Blackberry users, which we're able to easily setup remotely.
